My first podcast

My first podcast visit took place some weeks ago, and now the episode has been published. I had the opportunity to visit Joi Brooks' Email and Coffee podcast.

In the hour and a half or so that the episode lasted, we talked about the connection between LEAN thinking and decision-making. LEAN thinking goes well with decision-making, especially when decisions are made to make better use of resources.

It is great and rewarding to be able to talk about one's own passion, decision-making, in a guided discussion. It's a broad topic, and there are many aspects to it, in the podcast we had time to go through many of these areas, some longer, some more briefly.

The highlight of the discussion is the case study, an example of justice system, which illustrates the complexity of decision-making and how many things can go wrong. This example also illustrates at the same time the anti-LEAN mindset.
