I don't believe in ivory towers, heavy-handed consultant jargon, or strategies that look good on paper but fall flat in everyday life.
I come from a rural background in Central Ostrobothnia, surrounded by farm work and the rhythms of the real world. My down-to-earth rural upbringing and background in team sports have taught me one fundamental lesson: nature and the real world don't care what things look like on paper. The only thing that matters is what works in practice.
My measured and analytical approach means that I won't come into your organisation to show off or shout. I'll come to listen, look behind the structures and ask the critical questions that others don't dare to ask.
