My first podcast appearance was in April 2025. I was invited to appear on Joi Brooks' Email and Coffee podcast.

During the approximately 90-minute episode, we discussed the connection between LEAN thinking and decision-making. LEAN thinking fits in perfectly with decision-making, especially when the goal of the decisions is to make better use of resources.

It is wonderful and rewarding to be able to talk about my passion in a discussion led by decision-making. The topic is broad and involves many sub-areas, and the podcast covered many of these areas, some at greater length, some more briefly.

The highlight of the discussion for me was the example of justice distribution, which illustrates the complexity of decision-making and how many things can go wrong. The example also illustrates an approach that is contrary to LEAN thinking.

My second podcast appearance was in December 2025, shortly before Christmas. I was a guest on Angela Bradford's One Starfish podcast. For about 25 minutes, we talked extensively about my journey to becoming an entrepreneur and why I chose that career path.

Towards the end of the episode, we talked about the secrets of decision-making and its main features.
