Services

Organisations

In this service, decision-making challenges are opened in organisations and groups.

This service is suitable for organisations from all sectors - private, public and third sector.

It consults organisations and their management to improve decision-making and fine-tune decision-making systems.

Group decision-making can also be fine-tuned, regardless of the sector of the group or team.

Did you know that slow and cumbersome decision-making can mean missed opportunities and lost money? Or, poorly prepared decisions can even bring an organisation to its knees.

A proper decision-making framework will help keep your organisation on its feet, and opportunities won't slip by because of indecision.

It is also possible to give lectures on the subject, for example to unions and other interested actors.

Personal guidance

Together, we will identify your goals, values, and other issues that are important to you and will influence your life and future choices.

This service is designed for individuals and is carried out on a one-to-one basis, in the presence of the service provider and the client. The service includes personal guidance through a science-based decision-making process.

The service involves an in-depth discussion between the client and the expert on the client's situation and a joint reflection on the solution to the choice. Each session lasts a maximum of 2 hours, within which the client can be given a solution proposal.

If one session is not enough, a solution will be agreed upon together.

It is frustrating when you do not know or are not sure what to do about your dreams. Dreams or any other goals and desires will not come true without a decision and action.

There are many kinds of dreams, big and small, but the big, life-changing ones are especially tricky and often require help.

Help is available. All you need to do is contact the decision consultant and book a free consultation.

The service is
  • Safe, everyone is welcome as they are, no one is judged or treated differently from others.
  • Privacy and data protection guaranteed, no information is shared outside the conversation.
  • Genuinely personalised and tailored to your needs.
  • Flexible delivery, both remotely and on-site.

Deep dive

The service takes a deep dive to the root of the decision-making problem. All the stones are turned, a dense sieve reveals the darkest corners of the challenge and brings them to light.

There are many things to consider in decision-making, many of which we often overlook. The way human decision-making works is that we are not aware of all the facets ourselves, so that an outside observer and one who knows the secrets of decision-making can discover these aspects that remain hidden from us.

The larger the issue and the larger the decision-making entity, the more soil has to be dug up and stones turned over to achieve the best possible outcome. Depth sounding is not only about collecting data, but also about the ways in which it is collected and used.

Scientifically researched method

Decisions can be taken in several ways, hastily and haphazardly, or systematically and carefully. It should not be too difficult to judge which way gives a better result.

Given the complexity of decision-making, a systematic approach is safer and greatly improves the likelihood of success. The chances of success are further increased when a scientifically researched and proven method is used.

Decision-making is not just psychology and neuroscience. It is much more than that, because the human being is a complex entity that brings together all the sciences that study people and life. The Decision Making Consultant has studied the anatomy and psychology of decision making, and anthropology as well.

Reduces wasting

Hasty and low-quality decisions are the road to waste. How we use our resources is a direct consequence of the decisions we make. Poor quality decisions are influenced by the way we approach decision-making and the way we organise the decision-making situation or process.

Poor decisions are often the result of poor initial information and inadequate preparation for decision-making. In large organisations, there are more opportunities for waste than in small ones, and this makes it easier to hide things on a large scale.

Waste can take many forms, but time and money are the most typical. In decision making, the failure to use resources is also a waste, i.e. if the skills and knowledge of staff are not utilised, the decision may be far from the desired one.

More efficient use of resources

The profitability of a company and an organisation depends largely on how it is managed, i.e. what decisions are made about its strategy. Running a business requires decisions to be made all the time, often quickly and unexpectedly. In such situations, success is facilitated by a supportive decision framework that keeps the mind on the essentials, but also helps to remember the essentials needed to make good decisions.

For an individual, all decisions affect their whole life, so a lot is at stake all the time. Individuals also benefit from a supportive framework, because individuals are even more likely to make decisions quickly and reactively than organisations.

Bad decisions can reduce a company's net result by several percent, while good ones can increase profits, as well as save a wide range of resources, even saving a company from disaster.
